Another Appointment by Buhari
It seems this is a season of hiring and firing for President Muhammadu Buhari. Today, he approved the appointment of Faisal Shuaib as Executive Secretary of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA).Mr. Shuaib, a medical doctor and public health specialist, is currently a Senior Programme Officer, Africa, for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, at Seattle, United States.
